Payments and cancellations for language immersions
- _ The complete payment of these language immersions must be secured before the arrival of the student by bank transfer.
- _ In the case of an individual student, it can be cancelled with at least 30 natural days before the beginning of the immersion date. In this case the totality of the course except the registration fee, which will stay active for a period of 12 months in case the student wants to sign up to any other of our courses, will be reimbursed.
- _ If a single student cancels his/her language immersion between 15 and 29 natural days before the beginning of the program, Hablaworld learning center will reimburse 40% of the course except the registration fee which will stay active 12 months to allow the student to sign up to any other of our courses.
- _ If the language immersion consists of a group or several groups the payment in full must be completed through bank transfer at least 60 days before the commencement of the program.
- _ If the group in question cancels with at least 45 natural days prior the beginning of the course, Hablaworld learning center will reimburse 100% of the course. The registration fee is non-refundable but stays active for 12 months for students to sign up to other courses available.
- _ If a group cancels with at least 30 natural days before the beginning the language immersion Hablaworld learning center will reimburse 40% of the course except the registration fee, which will stay active for 12 months.
- _ If the cancellation is confirmed less than 30 days prior the beginning of the course no reimbursment will be awarded.

Apart from the courses, what other advantages does studying at Hablaworld have?
When you become a student of Hablaworld, you enter a student community that receives support and guidance. Furthermore, you'll be able to practise languages in a more informal way and get to know other students. Students of our academy receive a discount when signing up for workshops.
In addition, you've got a multimedia room at your disposition where you can listen (again) to the audios of the classes. Also, we have a study room where you can quietly review what you have learned in class... and all of this, with the view of the cathedral!
On top of that, you're entitled to discounts on services of some companies that collaborate with us just for being a student of Hablaworld. Just ask us!

What steps do I have to take to sign up for a course?
It's very simple: contact us and we'll arrange a meeting for you to take the free level test. After that, we can advise you about the course that suits you best with regard to your level and your aim. This is the best way to take the most out of your classes.
Once you have chosen the course that best fits you, we'll inform you about the exact cost of the course and the registration fee.
Once you've signed up and payed for the registration fee, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the information about your course.
If you have signed up for an immersion stays, we'll also send you information about your accommodation and about Seville.

How and when can I pay for my course?
At Hablaword, according to the type of course there are different ways of paying:
- For the EXAMEN classes, the registration fee and the total amount of the chosen pack have to be paid in advance.
- For the UNO/DÚO/TRÍO classes, you can choose to pay the course by split payment. This means the amount to pay is divided in two payments. However, for the básico pack, the registration fee and the total cost have to be paid in advance.
- For the GRUPO classes, you can pay the total amount in one or two payments. The first payment is to be completed on the first day of class and the second payment is due halfway the course.
- For the annual GRUPO classes you're allowed to split the total payment in up to 4 separate payments. The first payment is to be completed on the first day of class and the following ones every two months.
- For the INMERSIONES LINGÜÍSTICAS, the total amount of the course has to be completed 20 days before the start of the course. The accommodation should be paid in cash (in euros) the first day of the course.
You can pay by card, by bank transfer or in cash. Bear in mind that any additional costs related to bank operations are to be paid by the student.

Am I allowed to cancel my registration for a course?
Of course! If something comes up that prevents you from attending any of classes, we'll cancel your registration. Refunds at Hablaworld are subject to the following conditions:
For GRUPO classes:
- If the course hasn't started yet, we'll reimburse the total amount of the registration fee the same way you paid it.
- If the course has started already, we'll keep the amount paid for you for another moment when it so that you have guardamos el importe pagado para cuando te venga mejor. You'll have 12 months to exchange it for another course of the same value, including a course of another language if you like. If you prefer, you can give it to a friend of a member of your family.
For UNO/DÚO/TRÍO or EXAMEN classes:
- If you haven't started your classes yet, we'll reimburse the total amount of the pack excluding the registration fee within 30 days after the payment was completed and in the same way as you had paid it.
- Once you have started taking classes, we do not reimburse anything. If you like, you can pass the classes on to a friend or member of your family.
For the INMERSION PROGRAMMES:
- You can cancel your registration at least 20 days before the start of your immersion stay. We'll reimburse the total amount of the pack excluding the registration fee, which will remain valid during the following 12 months so that you can sign up for another course.
- If you notify your wish to cancel within less than 20 days before the start of the course, we reimburse 50% of the total amount of the course.
- We do not refund the course nor the accommodation once the immersion stay has started.

When do the UNO, DÚO, TRÍO or EXAMEN classes I buy expire?
The are the periods of time in which you can reserve your classes UNO, DÚO, TRÍO and EXAMEN.
The validity of the packs starts upon buying.
- the Básico pack (15 classes) has a validity of 3 months.
- the Refuerzo pack (20 classes) of 4 months.
- the Óptimo pack (30 classes) 6 months.
- the Completo pack (45 classes) 8 months.
- the EXAMEN pack of 8 classes has a validity of 2 months, the pack of 12 clases of 3 months y and the pack of 18 classes 4 months.

Do I have to buy any books or other material?
The learning material will be given to you in every class. This means that you only pay for what you're really going to use, without having to go to bookshops to find the books you need.
Our material has been carefully created to comply with our teaching method which includes a preparation part so that you can discover new notions at you pace through audios, videos, articles so that you can take the most out of your classes with your teacher. They also include activities which help you to practise what you've learned at home.

¿Qué diferencia hay entre los cursos de español y los programas de inmersión?
Our Spanish courses are perfect if you are already living in Seville and want to perfect your Spanish. You can also prepare for the official Spanish DELE exam or even take part in our Spanish cultural workshops.
Our immersion programmes allow you in relatively little time (from one week to up to 3 months) to make the most of your stay in Seville. Combining your Spanish course with a rich cultural programme (visits, trips, activities, workshops...) which will give you a complete view of Spanish and Andalusian culture... you will live our culture from the inside! These programmes include Spanish classes, a cultural programme of activities, and/or accommodation. You decide what to include in your immersion programme.

Can I offer my home to accommodate foreign students?
Sharing your daily life with people from other countries is no doubt a rewarding experience for the host family as well. We continuously select accommodation for our students. Write us an email if you would like to be a candidate to accommodate foreign students. Describe your home characteristics, a picture or two, and don't forget to add an address and telephone number. We will contact you for an interview as soon as possible!
